1. Services Rendered: Agronomy consulting, soil microbiome analysis, and drone operations are subject to regional weather conditions and FAA regulations. Verdant Yield Partners reserves the right to reschedule field audits due to adverse weather in the Willamette Valley.

2. Limitations: In no event shall Verdant Yield Partners be liable for any indirect crop losses or damages arising out of the use or inability to use the recommendations provided, as agriculture involves inherent environmental risks.

3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
